There is so much evil all over the world and I wonder how it would be if there was no music to lighten up our world. <br /> Music comes in different genres and styles: Hip Hop, Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, Gospel, Contemporary, Classic, Rock, Hard Rock, etc.<br /> Every music has a specific meaning to it and it sends a message to the listener.<br /> There is something about music that relates to everyone.<br /> Want to know??<br /> There is something that makes even a foetus in its mother's womb jolt at the sound of music... Yes yes I know because I have passed through that process.<br /> There is something that makes a toddler begin to dance just at the slightest sound of any beautiful music so that he doesn't know when he abandons the mischief he was about to create.<br /> There is something about rhythm and blues that sets two lovers in the mood,<br /> There is something about rap and hip-hop that makes the calmest person go hyper.<br /> <br /> And this is the one I love most, <br /> there is something about worship that makes the 'dirtiest' sinner give it all up to God.<br /> <br /> Why all these?<br /> <br /> MUSIC IS LIFE.<br /> <br /> Surround that baby in the womb with music and rhymes, that growing child with nursery rhymes, that person undergoing chemotherapy with music, that 'special' child with music, that super/hyperactive child with lullabies, that extremely serious individual with soft music, those aged parents of yours with highlife, that invalid with music, those prisoners with praises and worship, etc.<br /> Then come back and tell me what becomes of them in a few years or even months to come.<br /> <br /> Lest I forget, I recommend 'The Sound of music to every growing child and of course to every adult...I have watched it for so many years now and each time I watch it, it sounds so new.<br /> Learn some things about music.
