Ceramic coating is a chemical polymer solution that is applied to the exterior of a vehicle to protect it from external paint damage. The coating adheres to and bonds with a car's paint and cannot simply be wiped off. When ceramic coating is applied on a car's body, the polymer forms a chemical bonding with the factory paint.
