Located on the banks of the Charles River, at 100 Edwin H. Land Blvd., the 110,000-square-foot institute operates as a research and science facility affiliated with Harvard University. EMNE designed and installed a complete BACnet system for the HVAC equipment. The system installed provides a state of the art ASHRAE BACnet control system for each of the twelve air-handling units, heat exchanger, variable air volume boxes, finned tube radiation, exhaust fans, Carrier Chiller interface system, mechanical equipment alarms and emergency generator ventilation system. Customized color graphic displays illustrate all field points associated with the system
